SPINA is software for determining constant structure parameters of endocrine feedback control systems from hormone levels obtained in vivo. The first version of this cybernetic approach allows for evaluating the functional status of the thyroid gland, i.e. thyroid's secretory capacity (GT or SPINA-GT) and sum activity of peripheral deiodinases (GD or SPINA-GD). A second version has been developed for insulin-glucose homeostasis. It delivers the secretory capacity of pancreatic beta cells (SPINA-GBeta), an estimate for the insulin receptor gain (SPINA-GR) and a static disposition index as a measure for the loop gain of the feedback loop (SPINA-DI). Both implementations of SPINA have been validated in clinical studies on the basis of large cohorts.

LMath, based on DMath, is a mathematical library for FreePascal (FPC) and Lazarus. It is entirely written in Pascal and does not depend on external libraries. LMath provides routines and demo programs for numerical analysis, including mathematical functions, probabilities, matrices, optimization, linear and nonlinear equations, integration, Fast Fourier Transform, random numbers, curve fitting, statistics and graphics. It is organized s set of lazarus packages which makes it easily extensible and helps to include only really needed features in your project.

D_2D and D_3D are plotting programs with unique features, useful for data visualization and analysis. Input data should be provided as ASCII files formatted as x,y pairs or x,y,z triplets. Graphic output can be in DXF vector format, or raster image.

Integer and fractional elements are allowed, but not floating point numbers. Matrices (or their elements) and systems of linear equations can be also generated by the app, to practice with operations and propieties.
